Dr. Lynn Griffin

Dr. Lynn GriffinDr. Lynn Griffin was born close to Toronto, Canada and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College with her DVM in 1997. After graduation she worked in a variety of practices including mixed animal, small animal only, and emergency clinics. After 13 years of clinical experience, she became interested in expanding her knowledge base and started to investigate where veterinary medicine was headed. Realizing that our pets closely model humans it soon became apparent that cancer research was an up and coming field where a significant contribution could be made. Radiation oncology became a primary interest after she visited Colorado State University and found out about the cutting edge research that was being done here. Happily she was accepted as a radiation oncology resident in 2010 and is looking forward to learning from being in such a stimulating environment.
